Can you recommend me some nice sandals?

I am looking for a nice pair of every day sandals, comfy but pretty? I wear them a lot in the summer so they definitely have to be comfortable as I get a lot of knee pain otherwise. Any suggestions?

Someone on here recommended these Gabor ones a few weeks ago. Lots of colours - I bought red because they were only £35 in my size on Amazon. I have dodgy knees/plantar issues and these are very, very comfy. I've walked 10,000 a day in them this week.

Wow really? That's a lot of walking! I like them but looking for something a little more strappy.

I saw some advertised all over mumsnet last year, they were strappy sandals and the straps came in different colours like gold and silver. Can't remember the name of the brand though!

I have bought my first sandals in years thanks to MN- the Menorcan ones. They are sooooo comfy immediately. Solillas/Avarcas/Palmairas.

Mine are navy Solillas and I love them. Thinking of getting the black wedged ones for evenings.

I'm liking saltwaters this year.

Also Clarks do a very plain style with thin straps. I wore them loads last year.

Are you thinking of Seasalt? Lots of strappy sandals and sooooo comfy, I have three pairs!

Saltwater sandals are a real big MN thing I've noticed.

Which, in all honesty, I find Confused as they look like the Clarks ones we all had year after year when we were kids.

People on here rave about them though, although apparently not very comfy.

Sollilas! I have 4 pairs and live in them from May until October!
Best sandals ever, especially if you don't like to display your toes 😊

It was not Saltwater, they are more "clumpy" looking than what I am looking for. I have attached a pic, this is the sort of style I would like but the soles are so flat I know they would hurt my feet within 5 minutes of walking.

Got these m2.hm.com/m/en_gb/productpage.0483086002.html#Light%20brown from H&M recently. Flat but really comfortable!

They're really nice hecallsmebunny what are they like in width? I've got really wide feet and struggle to fit in some sandals.

I can't bear those paper thin flat soles either op. I got these from Clarks about 3 years ago and they are really comfortable but looking a bit shabby now as I've worn them so much. These look like they have the same padded footbed

I don't know if these would be a little functional, but the Birkenstock Yaro are prettier than the standard ones and tough as hell. I'm a big walker too (6 miles a day), and I've done hundreds of miles in mine. They're indestructible!

I have these from Fitflop and they are so comfortable I forget I have them on.

Hmm they are definitely not wide BaggyAnn. I'd call my feet average width and they are close fitting but not tight

My Saltwaters are soooo comfy.

I like the retro look of them, but I can understand they wouldn't be to everyone's taste.

Saltwater slides are ok. Comfortable as well but I dislike the buckle up ones as they do remind me of toddler sandals.

You can't beat fitflops or Birkenstocks once worn in for comfort.
