I got some trousers from Boden and I actually love them. They're perfect!

these

I got them in the green, and I love them so much I actually bought a second pair.

They're the perfect waist height, perfect length, perfect level of skinniness, perfect stretchiness.

Now I'm worried that they're horrible and I'm actually just totally deluded.

But they're so comfy I don't really care!

I must point out that I'm not styling mine with court shoes and a coral jumper, btw Shock

Well done! I've also recently got some trousers from Boden which fit brilliantly. these ones in the grey. Suspect the ones you've got would be too skinny for me sadly!

I am also not wearing mine with court shoes.

Oh. Think you have to be tall and thin to carry them off , and sadly that's not me :(

Why do MNers love Boden? I don't get the attraction. Is it the quality of their stuff that makes it appealing?

They're a nice colour, minipie.

I'm just amazed how 'cool' they feel - then I figured that maybe my cool radar is a bit off.

More of this type of stuff and fewer wrap dresses, and Boden would be halfway to being decent.

I'm not tall and thin!

I'm a size 14, and though I'm 5ft 7, I have legs like a pit pony.

But the waist is so high it sucks everything in, so with a decent length top, it's brilliant. No muffins!

Jingle to be fair, the quality is good, compared to a lot of places.

Ridiculously expensive though. And a bit twee. But then the odd gem surfaces and I get excited Blush

I just can't get further than the price tag as much of their items are available elsewhere for much less. Same with Jaeger.

Maybe their clothes are better made and will last longer though, who knows!

I don't love Boden. I get annoyed with their colours and silly patterns which don't suit my pasty Englishness and are far too "look look I'm a fun mummy!".

However there is a dearth of places to shop if you are after clothes which look ok over bulgy bits, are comfy and warm, made mostly of natural fibres, are vaguely on trend without being high fashion, and will look decent after a fair number of washes. Boden does tick these boxes (mostly), so it's a real shame I don't like their colours and patterns.
