Nuxe huile prodigieuse - amazing!

Got given some of this today. OMG. I love it! Just covered myself in it and it's sunk straight in and now my skin feels so lovely! I've never tried an oil before as was put off by the thought of greasy feeling. I really hate the feel of anything oily (think baby oil, gives me shudders).

What else have I been missing out on?! I feel like I need to try some new things as my beauty regime hasn't changed in years.

It's gorgeous, isn't it? I love the smell.

I love it too.

I put a small amount on my hair, it's great and is a nice way to feel perfumed without spraying my skin & clothes (my baby doesn't like perfume on me much).

It certainly isn't cheap!

But this thread has encouraged me to use my Bio Oil again Smile

Keep an eye on their site for offers. I got several gift sets in the sale recently which included full size HPs plus other items for a lot less than the RRP of the HP alone.

M&S often have offers on Nuxe products; the HP shower gels are lovely and non-drying, too. The HP is amazing on my knees and elbows if they're feeling dry, and is a brilliant cuticle oil, too.

I love it too. I got some perfume for Christmas which smells amazing (exactly same as the oil) but unfortunately doesn't seem to last very long.

I love it too. There's also a tinted one that gives a lovely glow to the skin in the summer. It's a real holiday staple for me.

Thanks for the tips! Will keep an eye out for offers, it's definately a keeper.

So I bought the shimmery one because it was featured in the Mumsnet swears by and I happened to be in France so picked it up, so far so meh, but that might be because I get irritated that it takes a huge effort to get it out of the bottle so ends up quite messy. Am I doing something wrong? Means I don't use much because I get bored trying to shake it out, maybe that's why I'm not seeing the wonderous properties. Is it just me?

I don't use the shimmery one, just the plain one. I'm not a fan of shimmery stuff but always thought it looked pretty on the shelf; glad I've not used it so far!

There are lots of offers just now - I ordered earlier and you get:

BOGOF on after sun
BOGOF on shower cream
BOGOF on deodorant
Offers on travel packs of sun care
Free 30ml oil if you spend £25
Free face cream (I think) double pack as well as the oil if you spend £40
3 free samples
Another sample if you spend over a certain amount
Free delivery over £30 (I think)
WELCOME gives you something else for free if you're new (maybe more oil)

They always have so many offers that you get a massive box of the stuff for the same as buying one oil somewhere else!

What website is that Downhereinthehorridhouse? Would you say I'd like it better if I went with the non shimmery one?

Its soooo good, my hair is like straw after showering usually , but this stuff is like magic for softening it! Smells amazing too Wink

The only bricks-and-mortar stockist of Nuxe in Australia (as far as I know) has just discontinued the range. Stupid Priceline. Angry

I know this because I now have to find a replacement for my Nuxe face moisturiser.

The official one where - uk.nuxe.com/

I love the smell but find the shimmery oil a bit watery so stick to the original. The perfume is lovely but agree with PP that the smell doesn't last - layering helps though and you get nice wafts throughout the day!

where my shimmery one has a spray pump, no trouble at all getting it out of the bottle

I just shake it vigorously into my palm where so I have a decent amount in my palms then apply it liberally. Gives my skin a lovely glow and really enhances a tan.

I only use the non shimmer oil on really dry areas such as elbows

The shimmery one is nowhere near as good as the regular oil - I was gutted! M&S have just had 20% off beauty with their Sparks card, but they do it often so worth stocking up when they do.
