Can you please give me an opinion on this dress...

I've got an Xmas party coming up, and for various reasons I need to look good for it. I've been working really hard in the gym and although I still have a way to go, I'm feeling a bit more confident... could you tell me what you think of this dress please!? It's midi length, I realise the pic isn't great but no mirror that I could take a better pic with!

Oh thank you. I wasn't expecting such positive responses to it! I've gone from 17stone to 14 but am still "obese" according to BMI so still trying to push on with the weight loss. I guess I'm still not comfortable

I'm quite pale ghostly white with very pale blue eyes and reddish brown hair.
I have no clue how to accessorise it so any tips would be very well received!
It's an Adrianna Papell dress but I found it in tkmaxx for £29!

You look lovely if it was me I'd accessorize it quite simply as there is quite a lot of detailing on the dress. Maybe a simple gold bracelet/earrings?
