Have you bought anything recently that you're pleased with?

Richmond 7/8 trousers.
Really good length for me and nice fit. I've got some green ones and am awaiting a grey patterned pair

Thanks Hopping, they are nice! I like the magenta ones.

I'm wearing the green Honor dress now for work. The yellow leopard print Richmond Skirt is great too, it's very long though. Other than that the only other item I've purchased this season is the black Ruched Top (have a navy one from summer) which is very useful for tucking into a skirt and wearing under a blazer!

I love my mid-heel black suede boots. I have wide calves and they're supremely comfy.

pasturesgreen, I'll need to have a look - my calves are a mare...
I've only ever got a stripy top from Boden and it's been great.

I got the textured V neck jumper and the split hem V neck jumper (both essentially the same but in different fabrics), very pleased with both. I've just ordered the Alice mid heeled boot, not arrived yet though.

A cornflower blue waterfall linen cardi, which is great over a shirt.

A couple of sweatshirts & a Breton relax fit top- but that needs a vest under.

Boden always washes so well.

Second the Richmond 7/8 trousers. I now have several pairs. And recently bought the Hampshire skinny trousers in black which are a really useful and versatile basic with a wide range of blouses, long tops, etc.

I love the ruched tops. The Bretons are nice too, though I think the quality is not quite what it was.

Can anybody with a Breton please let me know if they're boxy or slimmer fitting to the body.
Anything boxy and high necked makes me look like a line-backer, so looking for a more fitted Breton with a bit of a scoop.... does this fit the bill?

Just waiting for my Penzance Parka to arrive. I ordered it yesterday. Anyone know what they're like?

I should have asked here first I think.

Oh miss Martha please let me know what the Penzance parka is like. I've had my eye on it for a while.

I like their Bretons and the essential boatneck top, the weekend shirt (pattern chosen carefully) and the Mayfair skinny jeans. I also recently got a navy animal print top which I love.

I have the relaxed cashmere V neck in navy.. it was 25% off and ive just ordered the dark green in this weeks 25% offer .. mad money I know, but I am thinking of them as investment pieces

I've just got the textured V neck in the light blue with the 25% discount. It's a really lovely colour and I love the textured effect but def size down as it's very loose.

I also bought the long striped tunic about 2 months ago and I wear it lots as it goes with everything and is thick fabric so warm.

I got loads this year and love it all! The blue herringbone pattern coat, the tan saddle bag, black mid-heel Alice ankle boots, the leopard print fitted dress and a couple of shirts / bretons.

In my defence I had bought very very little last year and needed an overhaul.

LOVE it all!

Returns question. I bought LOADS in the 25% off, some in duplicates because I wanted to try different sizes - so I knew about half would be going back, even if I liked everything. It says on the website that the offer has free delivery and returns, but the returns note I got was just an address label, and it said you needed to pay postage. I live in the wilds, nearest Hermes drop off - which would be a lot cheaper than postage (it is a huge box!) is about 25 miles away. Do you think I could use a Royal Mail pre paid label from an old order, or are they specific to the order? I should really just phone them, but I don't really want to be told I return far too much, and they are tired of subsidising my trying-on habit! On the plus side, some relaxed V neck cashmere jumpers (burgundy and emerald), two pairs of Richmond trousers, a pair of Hampshire skinnies and the Jennie coat are now mine...

cherries ooh lucky you, I have ordered but they say I have to wait 3 weeks for my emerald v neck cashmere to restock ! I would use an old older royal mail label , I have done so before with no problem .. if you want you can just put a note on your returns slip saying that there wasnt a free return sticker in your order as promised..

In a pre kids life (12 yrs ago)I bought one black winter coat, one khaki jacket and one flowery cotton Mac all are still in fantastic condition and I wear them a lot really think it ends up being v good value for money for quality. After a new winter coat from Boden but will have to wait for spring sale.

The emerald is worth the wait, Laska, it's gorgeous. Really deep, rich colour.

The navy is fab also cherries so soft and a lovely 'rich' (but not school sweater colour) navy. It looks great with jeans (and with the both the burgundy Ruched and Marina skirts from Hush, if you are feeling naughty!)
I have a burgundy cashmere cardi already , (and 2 black ones as well as several other colours Blush, so have resisted the other colour v necks!! ..

cherries I always save all my unused Boden free returns labels, and have used them many times for orders that didn't have free returns. It's never been a problem - they've always accepted the return and given a full refund. You'll be fine.
