If I'm a 32f in Freya bras (measured last week but only bought one bra but need a couple more) what size would you recommend in M&S, because it's not the same lol. It was just so tight, but I am rubbish at working these things out.

TIA

I'm a similar size to you in Freya and I wouldn't buy bras in M&S, ever. They just don't fit properly.
For cheaper everyday bras I like the buy one get one half price T shirt bras in Boux Avenue. In those, I'm the same size as I am in Freya.

Agree re m and s. Their sizing is just plain inconsistent and they don't scale their bras well for bigger cups. You'd be better searching online for past season Freya bras

Freya bands are big. M and S go by the traditional system of sizing so you would probably need a 34 band if you are a 32 in Freya. Try a band size up, cup size down and see where you go from there. Bras are like shoes, not every style in any make will fit, even if you have the size right. I've found bras in Marks that work for me, but it means trying lots of until you find one that is just right.

Buy more Freya if they suit your shape! You can get new with tags, older stock on eBay for less than you'd pay in M&S.

I was wearing 34b in M&S, got measured in Bravissimo and came in at 32d - I have only worn Freya underwear since and as a previous poster suggested, tend to buy on eBay, or an online shop called Belle Lingerje.

Thanks all. I don't usually go to M&S but need some tshirt bras and Its the only shop I can go to at lunchtime! I have a Freya outlet near me that I normally go to, and stock up there. It's a shame M&S sizing is rubbish as they have some real pretty bras. Will stick with Freya.

I'd stick to Freya op, I've given up with M&S because the sizing's so random. Their sizing/cup size varies from one style to another so it's frustrating when ordering on line.
I like Fantasie bras.

Freya or Fantasie bras, same company,as they are bra specialists. In my opinion M and S is a waste of time and money if you are big busted. They dont support you or fit properly. Stick with the specialists.

If any of you are in or near Northants there is a fantastic factory shop here for Freya and Fantasie. The bras are normally £18. I try and go no more than twice a year as I usually spend £££s Shock

M&s seem to have sorted their sizing out recently.

A couple of years ago I couldn't find anything from them to fit, but a few weeks ago I bought 3 bras from them which are great.

I would try on, if you've got time as of course they do vary.

I was a 32ff in freya and bought 34G in m&s, but that's because I have put on weight and my freyas were cutting me in half.Sad
