Sorry I'm not sure how to do a link. It's the Ted Baker purse with the jewelled bobble clasp. Does anyone have this?

I have some House of Fraser vouchers for bday & am thinking of treating myself as it's got 20% off and I've often walked past and thought it was lovely.

Just wondering if the bobbled bits get in the way or get caught on things at all?

Also which colour? I was thinking of the pale blue matte leather.

I've got a really old version of this (patent not matte, same size bobbles) and it's lasted really well - 6 years. I've had no issues with the bobbled bits at all, they didn't bend. Hopefully they're still as good quality as they were then - or even better, as the price has gone up £20 in that time!

I've had mine for around 3 years now, got it in cobalt patent leather and love it. Just a tip though have you tried the ted baker outlets for one... if there are any near to you. I'm about 15 mins from Cheshire Oaks and got mine there for £20. I remember going into an actual ted baker shop and they were £65 still!

Thanks sounds good. I did think the small version might be enough but it's not much more money for the large. I have never spent this much on a purse but it feels & looks so lovely and my vouchers would mean I wouldn't have to pay a penny. Hopefully from what you say it would last a good while so I can justify the expense!

I have a light blue patent version and I really like it.

Do the patent versions mark more easily?

I had this as my last purse and IMO they don't mark more easily, no!

I have the light blue patent version & love it. It's gorgeous (but I keep it for 'best' rather than using it every day) so can't comment that much on durability but mine has lasted for quite a long time & I've no complaints.

I have this one in coral patent leather. I find that it wipes clean easily. I've had it for well over 3 years and it hasn't been scratched or had the closure bit bent, but it has quite a sheltered life as it's almost always inside my handbag.

I have a small grey patent one.Several years old and still looks great. However, it's not my everyday purse as the clasp is useless and keeps popping open.
I bought mine in Cheshire Oaks too.

Thanks I'm definitely going to treat myself! Just can't decide which colour. Was thinking black is the most practical but boring when there are so many other lovely colours.

I don't think it would look as nice in black actually - definitely pick a nice summery colour Smile
