Did you know that the ingredients in the body shop mineral powder are almost identical.....just saying as this one is easier to get hold of and test colours etc.

That's interesting. I switched from Bare Minerals to Lilylolo as I prefer the texture and finish on my aging skin. Is the Bodyshop one matt or twinkly?

LL is easy to find the right colours as they do testers and they send enough for at least a week's use.

I might have a look next time I'm passing a body shop, but just looking at it on the website I doubt they will a very pale shade.

I love the range of shades that lily lolo offer.

Ha ha I know almost identical isn't identical but I think it's like 1 ingredient different.
Ordering online isn't as convenient for everybody, I'm hardly ever home when postie comes so always end up having to collect from sorting office which is a faff for me :(.....however I live very close to lakeside so body shop easy to get to as and when I please
I'm still unsure if I'm going to buy any anyway as I'm usually ALWAYS disappointed with any beauty buys, my skin is too annoying

Surely a product can have more or less the same ingredients and be completely different? Most cakes and biscuits contain flour, butter, sugar and eggs but they're hardly all the same.

I think weight for weight, the LL is better value - I have checked it out previously as a good friend of mine was a BS rep and I wanted to support her, but sadly there was less in the package from BS and it just boils down to price for me. Though I was previously a Clinique user until they discontinued it so if I hadn't found LL I probably would have gone for the BS one.

I tried the Avon one once, nice powder good coverage but just not pale enough. Only tried that cos another friend was an Avon rep!

Just ordered 3 samples from Lily Lolo. I emailed them yesterday regarding the best shades and they came back to me today with the shades I had originally thought would be right, Very reasonable price.
