What sort of budget are you thinking? I wouldn't normally suggest this so don't hold it against me, but I quite like the boden penny loafers?

Tod's Gommino are the classic if you are feeling like splashing out!

Love the Russell and Bromley/Tods but too much £££. Do you buy them new or used PacificDogwood?

Equally love the Topshop loafers but none in stock in my size/colour preference :(

I'm looking for something smart casual so in a navy or beige perhaps but not black as too harsh to wear with my jeans I think

They are nice, aren't they?
I am watching them, but I don't need them. Sigh.

i've had my Russell and Bromley loafers for 8 years, and was in there on Friday talking to another customer who's had hers for five - all looking as good as new, and super, super comfortable. If you have the cash, they are definitely worth the money even though they're expensive...

If they are the right size for you, go for it!
I really don't need them, honest Smile

They're the wrong size for me unfortunately

Ah, too bad.
I lurk on ebay quite a lot, just to know what's on offer, I bid very rarely and only on new/nearly new/with defects high end shoes.
Works quite often but is a time thief

Sebago Bala are fantastic, sooo comfortable, last ages, lots of colours.

ipadmad, those R+B ones I linked to just went for £43 - quite a lot of money for some used shoes IMO, but probably a good buy nonetheless.
