I have a wedding in London next month and still have no dress. I've been all round the high street and found nothing in Coast, oasis, lipsy, warehouse etc. I don't know where else to try.
I've a very limited budget due to mat leave and at 30 I'm struggling to figure out my style, everything either seems too old or too young for me.

Where is your 'go to' for wedding outfits? X

What is your budget? Have you tried Monsoon? They have some beautiful dresses in at the moment.

Do you have a John Lewis or House of Fraser nearby? I don't like shopping. But I find a decent department store an efficient way to do it. Mooch around the concessions and grab a bunch of stuff to try on. I'm not sure if the personal shopping service in these places costs anything but might be worth a look?

What size, shape and colouring are you? And how much can you spend?
Do you have shoes or other accessories it would be good to coordinate with?
What are you favourite colours to wear?
Have you looked on ASOS?
This sort of thing?
Or Dotty P stripey?

Sorry, lots of questions.

Check out Finery

I just wore a Finery dress to a family wedding. Got loads of compliments on it Smile I'm 29. It was both stylish and flattering.

Thanks girls. So lost in terms of size just now.
I'm a size 8/10 but no hips and a thicker waist (still a wee bit of a post baby pouch 4 months on).
Dark hair, planning on a light tan for the wedding lol.
Budget is probably no more than £50 as between flights and hotel the wedding is costing us around £600 ouch.
I've got nude or black shoes and could pick up a fascinator and bag if needed.

I've just remembered complimenting a guest on her dress and asking where she got it - she said it was from Tesco! I was amazed! So you could try there.

How about something like this?

Sometimes the supermarkets have some fab clothes tbh.
Normally I wouldn't bother where I bought a dress from but there's a lot of 'rich' people going to this wedding and I'm a bit worried about looking like the poor link lol.

No-one will know unless they ask you where it's from! And you don't have to tell them (you could say you don't remember).
The Tesco dress didn't look cheap at all, it looked like a much more expensive dress.
The risk you run with high street is that someone else might wear the same one. That happened at the wedding I just went to.
