smartish casual crops?

am i too late? Need some cropped trousers I can wear for work - so not cargo type but don't need to be tailored work wear.
I have been wearing [[http://www.landsend.co.uk/Womens_Cropped_Stretch_Chinos/pp/P_29713.html?cgid=5751 these ]] but they are too big now (yay!) and I think they're a bit pricey and I need the petite version and they don't have them in my size.
Any ideas?
