A really 'scrubby' exfoliator?

Can anyone recommend a relatively abrasive exfoliator for my rhinoceros hide? I want to start putting some light fake tan on and need a decent exfoliator to prep with. My skin is pretty tough around the elbows etc and I want to avoid streaks! I was previously using the Body Shop exfoliators in the tubs but the last one I bought was very oily and far too few 'scrubby bits' (technical term) in it!

st ives body scrub or soap and glory flake away are the best 2 ive found that are cheap
other option is making your own, all you would need is some form of oil like coconut oil and something grainy like brown sugar

sanctuary salt scrub from boots, I swear its what you are looking for, leaves the skin with a slight shimmer and really moisturised too, I always love this before a fake tan as it leaves the skin looking lovely so tan goes on even better.

I second Sanctuary salt scrub, it's the best.
It turns your bath or shower into an ice rink though, so be careful.

Another vote for St Ives apricot. It says facial scrub but it's much 'rougher/scrubbier' than many of the body scrubs I've tried !

soap and glory breakfast scrub or the boots naturals cocoa butter sugar scrub. They are the best two I've found

How about the exfoliation gloves from Boots?

I use them for fake tan preparation and they work a charm.

Exfoliation gloves, better than any body scrub I've used.

This stuff is amazing. I had no idea it was so pricey though, I got it as a present: www.ila-spa.com/shop/bath-body/body-scrub-energising-and-detoxifying
