That sounds really good. If I were to go I'd probably just take ds1 and leave ds2 at home with dh. Ds1 will still be 4 then so the train should be free for him too.

I feel a bit guilty though because my first thought was that at least I'd get out of having to take ds2 shopping.

Well isn't that lovely of them? Not just that they provide the BSL interpreter but that none of you needs to worry about what "everybody else" is thinking!

Hope you have a lovely day, BH and anyone else who can take advantage

Well I only live 5 minutes up the road, so don't go without telling me! I don't think i would take DS to be honest, I think it gets pretty crowded and we can go any time (nar nar nar nar nar!). I might be able to wangle meeting for a cuppa or something. Err, might have to take DS as he's got a yearly pass and I can only get in free with him doh!

Oh go on Davros bring DS. The rest of us are all going to be chasing our kids all over the Zoo like lunatics - we'll understand when you suddenly have to dart off after DS.

When we went to the Zoo last year we brought all our animal pecs cards to see which animals we could find - was a good game for awhile. DD doesn't really use pecs anymore but will definitely tell us what she sees.

Thanks so much blossomhill for Fiona's number at the zoo - I'll call tomorrow.

Urgh, I'm terrified of going but I'd be a right big wimp if I didn't. Maybe it will be very good in that case....? DS went last year with his Saturday morning club and it was packed with queues to get in! Maybe I can get someone to come with... and then I could disappear into the caff!

What sort of timing is everyone thinking of? I want to see BH's disguise , don't come as an elephant or the staff will all run off scared and shoot a sleepy-dart in your bum!
