Is anyone doing the 12 weeks countdown to christmas?

What are/will your targets be?

I'm a target member. I always find this time of year hard as we have our wedding anniversary, Ds's Birthday, our own birthdays, family birthdays, Christmas and new year. So my aim is to remain in my target range this year.

I've just signed up. I'd put on 3lb over the last 2 weeks. Cross becayse now I'm back to where I was in August. Honestly I started in January and I've been dicking about so much I've only lost 1.5 stone, and I'd set a first target goal of 2 which I thought I'd get by June, and now I'm not convinced I'll get it by Xmas.

I'm bored with it all. I need new recipes. I need to eat vegetables. I need someone to kick my arse. I need someone to make me accountable. I'm not sure I'll continue when this countdown finishes - the consultant isn't interested in me, and I'm not interested in everyone else!

I rejoined on Tuesday.

Would love a stone and a half off by Xmas.

I’m buying more pre chopped fruit and vegetables because I cannot bear all the chopping.

Stayed on plan all week so far.
Just need to get through the weekend.

Currently target weight (lost 2.5stsince Dec 2017)
So staying motivated & trying new recipes to keep me on track and excited about Xmas

I'm joining now - 9 weeks until Christmas and I've got 1 stone to lose!

Would love to share recipies. I get stuck for lunches mainly....any ideas? Not a fan of salad Wink

Lunches for me tend to be soup, leftovers from the night before, scrambled egg, beans on toast, omelette. I work mornings so when I get home I am hungry.

I joined seven weeks ago i have lost 16/12 pounds so far i do have alot to lose though i have been eating omelettes or baked potatoes with cottage cheese for lunch, ds2 is disabled so im his carrer so home all day which helps as im cooking a lot more from scratch, i tend to make a big salad up and put it in a tupperware container and take it as required for speed
