Does anyone know the syns for the pumpkin spice lattes made with skimmed milk? The weight loss planner only shows whole milk. Thanks in advance.

www.starbucks.co.uk/quick-links/nutrition-info

Kcal here (PDF)

Then convert using whatever popular formula you can find online (most seem to say 20kcal per syn if it's something like this)

If you switch the whole milk for skimmed milk you tend to save about 6 or 7 syns on the "advertised" whole milk syn amount (works this way for a caramel latte anyway, can't see Pumpkin Spice being any different)

I had a tall skinny one yesterday, no cream, and MY Fitnness Pal calculated 200 cals.

Some of the milk could be classed as HexA?

From my quick search, a Starbucks flavoured syrup is 1 syn a pump and free if it's a sugar free syrup.

I have asked everywhere and no one can tell me the answer. I have had people tell me 6 syns with skimmed Milk but what if the milk is used as your hexa would that make it 2 syns for the syrup if you have not creams?

You can reduce the amount of syns by 6 if you are using your HEA - as long as you don't go over the amount of the HEA.

(I used to have a venti 5 shot sugar free vanilla skimmed milk latte every day. It was 5 shots because that way (a) I was awake and mostly human and (b) that's how many it needed to be to make it totally syn free...)
