She has been in her bed for a month? Maybe a bit less.
She loves her bed, but gets out of it lots. We put her back, she gets up, plays with bears or reads a book, then goes to sleep. We go in to check on her to find she is asleep by the door on the floor, although sometimes right next to her bed like she fell asleep before she could get back in it!
This evening, I heard a noise thought it was her awake, and it was her turning in her sleep, on the floor. Again! I have put her in her bed again, and she will now sleep in it for the rest of the night no problem.
I think she gets up because she can and then gets tired and falls asleep before she realises she is tired and that she should go back into her bed.
She is getting very tired, as she also wakes up earlier now too. I would say her actual sleep in 9pm to 6:30am, not enough.
Any ideas on how to keep her in her bed in the first place? How can we teach her to return to her bed on her own before falling asleep?
