Just very odd ads.
Yesterday it was one for meeting attractive single Russian women. Today it has been one for people who like to fish or hunt
Whilst I accept that everyone's different, I can't help but think that these are not going to appeal to the majority of MNers.

Hi OP

Sounds like something we'd definitely block - next time this happens, can you grab a screenshot and if possible, the URL of the ad?

Will do.

Hi again OP,

We're glad to hear that! Do let us know if you do see some.

Just on AIBU (thread about having been in love with workmate for years), and "Newdate" as popped up at the foot of the screen.
Sorry for no screen shot but am on my phone and I can't see how to do that.

Hi there OP,

Thanks for flagging that to us. However, we won't be seeing the same ads as you - each ad is tailored to each user.

If it comes up again, could you please disconnect from the internet, click on the ad, and copy and paste the URL it sends you to? That'd be the best way for us to be able to block it.

I'll most certainly try to. It's quite a new phone so I'm still getting used to all the things it does. I tried to go back to the thread today on the mobile to take a screen shot and that ad wasn't poppin up.
I promise you I'm not looking for any single Russian women, mature or otherwise Grin, so not sure why the ads are tailored to that!
