How much space do I need to build this bed?

Thinking of buying http://m.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/art/00228705/ this from Ikea for my little bedroom. There will be aprox. 20-30cm extra width once it is extended so I guess room is about 180-190cm x 250cm. It will be fine when it's a single bed and do-able when extended (we will use it & give guests our room) but will I have enough space to manoeuvre when putting it together? If not, would it fit through a normal door when assembled?
