I started with jusy cheap tests and they came back positive but I couldnt believe my eyes so took 2 clearblue and they both say 1-2 which means am 3-4weeks really? I have had really sore tender breasts the past week and period like cramps, but the breast tenderness and soreness has vanished in the space of a couple.of hours is this normal? Day to day a can understand it changing but symptoms changimg in a couple of hours is it normal, when I wipe after having wee there is no unusual discharge but I have noticed a little bit of a light brown/yellowish spots in underwear have I missedcarried?

Congratulations! I'm 10+2 weeks and it seems like my symptoms change from minute to minute sometimes! No joke. I also had brown spotting for weeks, especially around 3-4 weeks. I've had 4 scans now and all is okay. I think it's normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go. xx

Congratulations, I was getring really worried as symptoms just gone within a couple of hours and read about brown spotting could mean a misscarriage, my boobs are still a bit tender but not as much as they have been the past few days and then gone within a couole of hours. Xx

Congratulations Thanks

It can drive you crazy trying to second guess everything in early pregnancy and unfortunately the difficult truth is that you can lose symptoms and miscarry but you can also have really strong symptoms, no signs of miscarriage and find out you've had a missed miscarriage when you have a scan.

I would just say take it one day at a time, don't worry if things change or are different you go through so many changes in pregnancy it is very common to experience cramps, sore breasts, no sore breasts, bleeding, spotting, no bleeding etc. Every person is different.

I bled in both my pregnancies, one ended in miscarriage and one didn't. I had strong symptoms in the one I miscarried, but my breasts didn't hurt at all in the successful pregnancy.

I just kept focusing on the fact that you are far more likely to have a successful pregnancy than a miscarriage.

And stay away from google 😁

It's very normal for symptoms to change day by day in early pregnancy. I'm seven weeks and I have days where I feel fine and then I'll feel sick as a dog the next! I've never not had sore breasts though.

I should also say, even though it seems over represented on this site, missed miscarriages are actually pretty uncommon. Even though 1 in 4 pregnancies end in miscarriage, only 1 in a 100 end in a MISSED miscarriage (at least that's what I've read). So it does happen, but it's not common at all.

Try not to worry until your first scan, although I know that's easier said than done! I'm still getting symptoms but I also worry about a miscarriage.

Good luck Flowers

And yes, Google is your worst enemy when pregnant! According to some websites just breathing incorrectly will cause a miscarriage! Stay away! Grin

Hi OP, I had days where I felt completely normal and then before I knew it It all came flooding back!

Don't assume you've had a miscarriage, I know how worrying it can all be

Take it easy xx

If you had miscarried then you'd have blood at this stage I should think. Just hold tight. Good luck!

I was like this at first. I couldn't feel any symptoms at all so I almost didnt believe the tests. The browny stuff will likely be implantation bleeding. I'm now over 7w and I feel like trash a lot of the day but still barely any boob soreness! Your symptoms will come 😊 Congratulations!

I wouldn't assume you've miscarriage at all in your situation. As I said before people can have strong symptoms and miscarry whilst others have no symptoms and are fine.

Also before I did a test ( just had a random niggle to do one) i had zero symptoms, then the second I saw the results BAM every single symptom hit me, think I was around 5 weeks when I did the test and I'd have been none the wiser had I not had an inkling to test.

So don't rule yourself out, every pregnancy is different

Also as the previous poster said missed miscarriages are rare. I know a lot of people who have had a miscarriage but I'm the only one I know who suffered from a missed miscarriage. My baby stopped growing at 5 weeks but I didn't find out until 10 weeks and you really can't tell anything from symptoms coming and going. I was still throwing up until I had the procedure to make by body realise the baby had died. And as I said in my previous post I had very few symptoms at the start of my successful pregnancy.

Why don't you ask your GP to do some blood tests. That way they can check your hormone levels and will be able to tell you what is happening.

Thanks for all adice guys. Im going to wait and see how I feel maybe do another test see what it says. If not go to doctors.. its just so stressful and frustrating. First time being pregnant so unsure about alot of things.

I was so worried before my scan as about a week or 2 before I completely felt fine and was worried for the worst. My 12 week scam came and he was so active and healthy with a strong heartbeat. He was born October 2016 at 11 days late so was very comfortable in there.

Honestly you don't need to worry until you have heavy bright red bleeding, pain and clots. I think as the placenta starts to take over you do start to feel better as the strain on your body eases a little. Symptoms can change so fast, even late on in pregnancy!!

Tip #1

A pregnancy test will only say pregnant or not.

You can have hormones in your body for a good while after miscarriage so again they are useless diagnosis tools.

All you can do is relax, speak to doctor on Monday and request blood work which they may or may not do.

After 8 weeks your local EPU may see you but I doubt before that as it's too easy to freak out over nothing being seen cause it's too small.

Good luck

I had really sore boobs for a few days after my BFP (I was only 10DPO so knew very early). Then they disappeared for a week or so. Now I'm 6 weeks and symptoms are back with a vengeance! Could be your body reacting to the initial rush of HcG and they will gradually come back as levels rise?

I don't mean this harshly but I think you're overreacting. Symptoms come and go a lot! I hardly had any. If the spotting is very slight and doesn't continue then all is probably fine. If it gets worse then make a gp appointment. Do not go to the gp because of symptoms coming and going - it's very normal.
