Hi,
Anyone else really struggling with food at the moment? Nothing tastes right and the only things I can stomach are
- white bread toast with salted butter
- cocopops ( haven't had these for YEARS until the last week or so)
- lemon squash
- fighting a daily craving for take away chips
I haven't had morning sickness, just near constant nausea which peaks from 4pm to 11pm. I'm managing to keep my pregnancy vitamins down too which helps, but I'm really annoyed at myself for only eating utter shite - my poor nutrient deprived baby
I've tried everything from tempting myself with treats to forcing fruit and veg down and nothing's helping!
Any ideas? Hoping this wears off quickly!
