Hiya where's the best places to get nursing & maternity bras?
I got measured today but didn't find any in the shops so thinking online.
Don't want to spend a fortune as I'm only 15 weeks pregnant so I know my size will change & I'll have to get more.
Current nursing my 1 year old - hence why looking for nursing bras this early. Iv already grown out of all mineBlush

Thank you x

Bravissimo were great last time I brought some. Going back in a week or 2 to get ready for new arrival... Pretty sure they did matching and not too frumpy

I'm pregnant with DC2. I got measured at 5 weeks at M&S but a few weeks later it seemed obvious I was in the wrong size (or grew massive quickly), and went to John Lewis who measured me and I feel much more supported. I'd recommend JL. They also weren't too pricey.

Thank you.
I was measured in mothercare & tried on a few. They seemed to have my size right just wasn't keen on the styles - they all looked like id borrowed them from my granny lol.
Non frumpy & possible matching bottom bits sound good Grin

I went to Bravissimo a few weeks ago cos I felt it was time to get measured (I'm 12 weeks) as my bras were feeling uncomfortable. I wasn't taken with the service and felt like the bras were too tight (went in wearing 34D and out in a 30F!). I explained to the woman that even though I perhaps should have been a 30 before, now wasn't the time to go much smaller in the chest as I was only going to grow.....anyway she didn't listen and I ended up retuning the bras I bought cos they left red sore marks. So I went to m&s and bought their cheapy 2-pack t-shirt bras in 32F and they're fine. I'm going to try wearing wired as long as I can as I prefer the support and at £16 for 2 in m&s, I can buy more if I keep growing!

Wow just looked on eBay there are soooo many nursing bras on there for those looking. I just bought an Emma Jane bra - brand new with tags for 99p - winner lol

I got mine from here -
www.nursingbra-shop.co.uk/default.asp
I liked it that there were lots of different makes on one website.. I ordered 4 bras but will return 2. A plus is the amount of time you have to return any items, as I'm 40 weeks pregnant this gives me a chance to try once the baby arrives.

I got mine from Figleaves - they are the Emma Jane crop top style ones and they come in black, white, nude, pink and blue. They are not the most attractive but only cost £13. I find them brilliant as they will take you through the last trimester of pregnancy where your ribs flare so band size goes up as they have 5 hook settings on the band. Because they are really stretchy they cover B - G cup, so perfect for feeding afterwards when your cup size fluctuates. They are just so comfortable, and TBH I can't justify spending £35 on a pretty nursing bra when these do the job of maternity AND nursing bra brilliantly!

Sometimes HotMilk ones come up on Zulily - now that's a bargain! HotMilk ones are fabulous, but way too much to pay full price for unless you're loaded.

I bought mine from Amoralia, they are really pretty!
Here is their site - www.amoralia.com/
Also, justhayley, they sell matching knickers for their bras too!

Hi
If you live near london I've found Selfridges fitting service the best. I've massive boobs (34FF) and all other places have been rubbish. the ladies there are lovely and their range starts quite cheap too - or at least you can get an idea. I haven't gone for a maternity fitting yet - i'm 10 weeks - but the rate that these babies are growing i'll be there pretty soon! I'll check their price with online sites - brastop.com is good if you know your style and size.
hope you find the right ones - valentine's day soon!!! Grin
