I just needed to share this. Just received my Next over the bump maternity leggings and they are amazing. Feels like I'm wearing pjs but can leave house without looking trampy :) plenty of room for growing bump as well.

I love mine too, shame I have legs like tree trunks though. BlushGrin
May need to fork out for jeans for the sake of the general public.

Ooh, good tip. I'm living in a uniform of leggings and my two maternity dresses that I got in the Next sale. I've been buying one size up leggings from Peacocks (cheap and cheerful) but there will come a point when these no longer fit, so I'll look to Next.

Thanks!

Oh, I wasn't impressed. Mine were all saggy on the knee and just didn't feel right. DH got me some M&S leggings that I much prefer!

I bought some Boden ones and they are so comfy I never want to take them off! Am 13 weeks and still squeezing myself into normal clothes for work but I feel like a string of sausages some days with tights and skirt waistbands both digging into me. To give in to the maternity legging in the evening is a thing of joy.

Do they wash ok? Have got some non-maternity leggings from next and they have gone all baggy kneed. Had a quick look in mamas and papas the other day and they have some lovely stuff, not too expensive.

Me too - I can't wait to get some nice spring/summer dresses this time! Keep getting tempted by the jumper dresses in the shops, but then remember that I will be big in summer not winter!

I hated the M&S ones, never tried next but loved the H&M ones. I even thought about buying some in preparation for DC2 (not conceived yet, or even trying!) Blush

Cara I'm so excited to buy some lovely maxi dresses. They look so nice with a growing bump.

Saoirse that made me laugh. I find it hard to part with maternity jeans and have to admit to still wearing them when my DD was 8weeks old.

Topshop maternity leggings are great if you're tall. V comfy and legs right down to your feet rather than stopping halfway between ankle and knee!

Oh and I loved maxi dresses. I found it really amusing at every appointment every woman there seemed to be wearing the same stretchy maxi dress from new look. It was this one but there were loads of colours last year. And it looks much nicer with a bump. Smile
