I am so proud of him as he started at a Special Needs nursery, and we wondered how he would get on with Mainstream, but I didn't need to worry

Sparklymieow, well done. How old is your son? What year is he in, and what is key stage 1 up to, regarding years. Does it finish at Year 2?

Ds was put in for a level 3 paper in Maths (haven't had results yet) and we are soooo proud - he is esp special to us as was born very premature and was on life support to begin with - long spell in SCBU and operations and illnesses for first three years.

He started school at just 4 which broke my heart (had to find smallest age 3 uniform for him to start in) he went into the school year above what he should have done due to being early - Head would not let him stay back a year which I still think goes against him as far as maturity and confidence goes

But he is our little star and a lovely boy too!

Congrats to all other Mums and Dads on thread - didn't we do well?!!!

Ds is 7, born 4 weeks early, spent time in SCBU, and has Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy. So am very proud of him.........

Might as well add ds1 to the list. He did brilliantly too. We feel really proud of him and he was so bashful when I told him we were proud earlier on. Dd got a lovely report too for her first year in school.
Well done to all our children for their achievements this year.
