Please please can you help a very stressed out mum. My son was brought a cream and brown small plush puppy toy from mothercare when he was born. It has not left his side since then. Unfortunately he dropped it while on holiday and lost it
He has been upset ever since.
Can anyone help me locate another one??
They have got them on the mothercare web site Product code: L1535 but they are unavailable.
I am really desperate as I have had no sleep since he lost it.

I have been into a few mothercare shops and tried head office but no luck so far. On ebay it is exactly like the MOTHERCARE LARGE CREAM & BROWN PATCH PUPPY DOG that is for sale except it is a small one that I am looking for. Thank you for your advice. Here goes another unsettled night!!!

I have got some photos but can't seem to get them on here. If you look either on ebay at Item number: 200339801146 or on mothercare Product code: L1535. It is the small cream plush puppy with brown patches. Thank you for looking for me I am going to ring customer services again tomorrow. Fingers crossed

SUCCESS ( I hope!!!) I rang Mothercare customer sevice who were not that helpful they just said to keep ringing around different stores. I decided to pop back into my local branch where I spoke to a very helpful lady. She managed to find out which stores had any left in stock. Then she has arranged for 2 to be sent to her branch by tomorrow!! I'm so pleased I just hope that he takes to the new ones!!! I think that I will hide one in his bed so it gets his scent onto it then let him find it himself. Fingers crossed that it works maybe a good night sleep is not to far away. Thank you too every one who has helped.

GOOD NEWS!!!!! After alot of messing about with Mothercare (instead of transfering 2 toy dogs they sent a car seat!!!) My husband spent 5 hours on the motorway yesterday so he could go to the store that still had some in stock. He brought 2 home, I washed one and put it under my sons duvet. During the night he found 'her' in his sleep and hasn't stopped cuddling her since. When I went to get him up this morning he shouted that Lula had come home. He was very excited, He says that she stayed on holiday for an extra play but now she has found him. Thank goodness all the hard work has payed off plus we have a back up one just in case. Hopefully now we can all have a better night sleep tonight!!!

Aaw that's a lovely happy ending, so happy for you! I'm just looking for a spare one now in preparation for my daughter losing one, they charge such a fortune for second hand ones on eBay but I think worth it as my 3 year old daughter won't leave his side!! They sell new similar ones in mothercare by the ears are cream not brown now, whoever decided to do that needs to be shot!!!
