the police seem to think that perhaps the mother is at risk, in an abusive relationship or something hence the "clues" left with the baby.

I cried when i heard this today and am crying now!Feel so sad for the poor little angel,she did nothing to deserve this.I hope that whoever did this rots in hell,if she wasn't able to care for lily she should have had her adopted(plenty of loving couples waiting out there)or she could of abandoned her somewhere safe.It really brakes my heart to think that ,that baby had noone to save her and noone to mourn her

I read that on my way to work and I really did feel very very sad. I agree - how could anyone do that? Every time I read of stories like that I think of my little munchkin and how my heart melts every time I look at him. It's just awful what peole can do.
