I would make an appointment with my GP - could be lots of things - wonky blood pressure, diet related (are you eating properly/enough?), could be the beginning of a tummy bug.

Hope you feel better soon!

God Forbid you could be (dare I say it... pregnant?)

Sorry Nutcracker, that presumed you would be unhappy with being pg - I dont know you at all, so dont know what prompted me to say that!

Nutcracker, I had all those symptoms and it turned out to be Anaemia. Felt a bit like early pregnancy, constantly tired and sick. I felt tired for a while, but only started feeling sick and dizzy after a few months and that's when I went to the doctor. Could be worth checking out? I've been on iron tablets for nearly three months now and I feel so much better I can't believe it.

Hadn't thought of anemia. I don't take any vitamins or anything and my diet is ok but will definatly get that checked.

Last time i had a blood test for anemia because of dizzyness I turned out to be pregnant.

is it possible you are pg - i.e. have you missed a pill, been sick, had an accident with other birth control?

Report

But you know what thought did.

Followed that muck cart and thought it was a wedding.

Pis........ed in the bed and thought he was sweating.

I love that last line, it is so rude.

don't worry Nutcracker, it will work out. Much more likely that you are slightly run down or similar.

How long would it be before you could a pregnancy test to be sure?

Might be as well to start on a multivitamin suitable for pregnancy in the meantime (I think certain things in a normal multivit aren't suitable in pregnancy) - anybody out there who can confirm that?

I would still see the doc next week if you dont feel better.

Good luck!

Nutcracker, is there any reason to think you may be anaemic? Heavy periods?!
I immediately thought pregnancy, too.
