Oooh, it depends what mood your in.
If you want spicy then deffo the curry.

Chow Mein won't do it if you want spicy.

BUT i could have curry sauce with the chow mein (philistine!)

What are you having for dinner?

How did DD get on at school? DS has settled in really well (touch wood) and seems to be enjoying it, although he was pleased this morning not to be going! He did 9-12 last week, then 9-1 (stayed for lunch) this week - from Monday thats it 9-3.30 poor little sod! He is really tired today

Can you still eat spicy food in the evening at this stage in pregnancy Mamag? Doesn't it give you heart burn? It does with me! I would love chicken chow mien though, that's not spicy.

Curry sauce on Chow Mein!
Are you mad?

No actually ignore that, you are pg. Its allowed

Not had my dinner yet. I'm on my own tonight. Dh doing a night shift so I'm having my dinner in peace when the kids are asleep.

DD done ok at school thanks. Although we had to collect her on Friday last week as she puked in PE and then she was vomiting again in the early hours of wed morn so she's had to have 2 more days off
She went back yesterday and then does full days like your ds on mon.
She's even doing after school football on mon nights!

nbg lol at your little DD running around playing football, I bet she looks so sweet

belgo - yes luckily I haven't had ANY heartburn and can eat whatever I want I do sympathise though as I drank pints of gaviscon with DS. How many weeks are you now?

lulu and queenbea - we are a bit "hicksville" where I live, we have two chinese takeaways (one with a restaurant) and last time the DC were at my Mums for the weekend DH and I decided to eat in the restaurant. We both ordered green tea and it came in a teapot WITH A TEA BAG - we goggled at it, both thinking of the special gunpowder tea we drink at home so I don't think I'll ask them to make singapore noodles!

Little shin pads.

Why dont you go for Schezuen (sp)? Thats a bit spicy. Or Black bean sauce?

I think all the food from the our local chinese is non spicy.

But my bed is calling, I'm absolutely shattered, I think I'll have some ice cream and then go to bed , such an exciting saturday night!
