sourdough discard recipes

I've finally got an active starter and been making pretty decent bread. I keep it in the fridge mostly, the starter, but inevitably there's some discard.

Any good reliable recipes to use it in? I tried crumpets from the internet and they were so salty they were inedible.

King Arthur has a number of sourdough discard recipes. The only one I have used is their sourdough pretzel recipe which is very good.

I find crumpet recipes need to be fiddled around a bit and I add less baking soda and salt than recipes ask for and add a bit of milk.

topwithcinnamon.com/sourdough-brownies/ these are great.
Last weekend there was an article in Guardian recipe magazine about the science of why the brownies work so well.

Marking this thread to check out the brownies recipe. Can't see it in the app!
