Hi all,
This seems like a very trivial/silly question but really finding it difficult.
Below are things which I cannot have due to allergies and intolerances:
- Eggs (mainly egg whites that I am allergic to) so rules out eggs or egg containing breakfasts
- Rye/wheat bread / bran (having digestive issues and acne when it's very wheaty bread - white bread is fine even though it contains wheat but probably because it's a more processed form I guess.
- Orange juice/dried fruits/high fructose fruits (due to fructose malabsorption but berries are fine as low fructose)
4)Milk - not very "allergic" but does seem to cause acne and bad skin probably due to hormones in it
- Artificial sweeteners (allergic) and avoiding sugary foods as family history of diabetes and I often feel quite shaky and low on sugar after the initial sugar high so don't like a sugar-heavy breakfast
------------------------
So, the only options I regularly eat are 6 or 7 plain white crackers (which I know is bad in terms of high processed carbs and makes me very hungry by 10 or 11am) and plain oats + almond milk + bit of sugar + few raisins (not too many due to fructose issue)..
I want to stop with the white carbs and/or sugar and really not a fan of fried food either BUT I want something that stops me from getting dizzy from hunger before noon. Also, don't want to keep eating the same thing each day as this can lead to building up an allergy towards the item. Considered smoothies/shakes but no way does that keep me full until lunch. Protein bars from the supermarket contain very high sugar and aren't very healthy. Even homemade recipes do contain a lot of sugar.
Any ideas please?
