What is your top veg for this type of lunch? I’m trying to be more healthy and I do like veg.

Sorry if I sound so unknowleable but can you eat raw cauliflower and broccoli?

At the minute my veg are carrots, peppers, cucumber, sugar snap peas.

What else can I add that will taste good with my M&S red pepper hummus?

Loads of stuff depending on the mood! It’s fine to raw cauliflower and broccoli. All the ones you mentioned are great choices. Celery is nice and super crunchy. Recently tried baby sweetcorn, that was lovely with a drizzle of hot sauce. Great filling snack and so refreshing in this heat.

You can eat pretty much any veg raw except potatoes and aubergine.

Sugar snap peas, mini sweet corn, peppers, fennel - all yum.

Raw cauliflower has quite a strong mustardy flavour nice if you like it. Chicory is another strong flavour, a bit bitter, but they are a nice scoop shape for dunking. If you dont like those mini gem lettuce is similar shape but milder.
You didn't mention my favourite cherry tomatoes either.

If you peel the stalk of broccoli that’s nice

Raw courgette is my favourite. Baby sweetcorn is nice too.

Raw broccoli is quite nice but it makes me belch revoltingly. Just thought I’d share that grin

I love celery with hummus, I can also recommend the combination of spicy salsa and hummus in a sandwich/wrap, tho needs to be eaten fresh as doesn't travel well grin
