Cranks - never had an issue with any recipe.

Hugh F-Wittingstall - his Veg book looks gorgeous but I have yet tried any recipes.

Plenty is wonderful, but can be quite time consuming, so not always for everyday cooking.

I would recommend Anna Jones’ Modern Way to Eat :)

Oh yes it's quite ambitious. But a gorgeous book. Hugh FW's river cottage veg every day is good for weekday dinners

A modern way to eat is a beautiful book! My favourite vege book.

I also enjoy hfw veg (but not even more veg) and ottolenghi plenty and plenty more

Even though it’s not veggie, I also use Every Grain of Rice by Fuchsia Dunlop a lot.
Loads of veggie recipes, and plenty of others that can be made veggie by using tofu or quorn etc.

Ditto Jerusalem by ottolenghi.

Both great for flavour ideas.

I’ve been on the cookbook threads here too much Blush Bad influence Grin

Anna Jones! DH's heart sank when he realised he'd bought me a veggie cookbook for Christmas. But he loves it. I've made nearly all the recipes.

I think I have Modern Way to Cook. She has a new book out now as well.
