Katymac · 25/04/2007 20:29

I had HM chicken nuggets for tea - lots was full

I am sitting here absolutely desparate for either chicken stir fry or a bacon sandwich or a steak bagette with onions

I NEED some meat.....why??

I'd think low iron, or you need more protein?

OMG colditz that page is incredible. Is it ... serious? It can't be, surely ...

I mean, vinegar and ginger are in the same category as drugs?

Since when are (nutjob) Christians opposed to people eating meat? Wtf?

The bible includes meat! Lots of it!

No, no, honestly, I found it just now. It's marvelous, isn't it?

I have nothing else to say about it. It's removed my words.

What's the difference between 'spices' and 'herbs'? Freaks.

Next time someone's going mad against aspartame, I will use that link. (I don't really have it, but don't think it's poison, either.)

I always though (but am prepared to be wrong) that herbs were savory and spices sweet - with some exception obviously

But I really need meat atm

Well, it's because spices creat addictive alcohol in the digestive system, destroying it utterly.

Now aspartame gives me the squits - even if I don't know I've had any

have some meat if you need some, KM. I think if it is a need that strong, you should go with it.

Don't get drunk though!

I thought spices were dried seeds and herbs were dried leaves? Ok, I will look it up.

Report
Katymac · 25/04/2007 20:43

I think I will - but it will be my 4th meal

Katymac, didn't you say you'd lost lots of weight recently? So it's hardly like you're piling on the pounds. If your body wants something, have it.

Ok, I looked it up, traditionally, spices came from tropical and subtropical countries, while herbs were from temperate climates, and are generally green and leafy (basil, thyme, mint, etc).

But now the terms are largely interchangeable.

I don't think I've seen the anti-protein man.

Yes, there are bits of sense in there. But then, substitute honey for sugar .
