What is Tiger Bread?

I'm not in the UK so maybe I've missed some new trend. I've seen Tiger Bread mentions on several threads recently, but I have no idea what it is. Can anyone enlighten me?

It is a white Bloomer loaf with a surface mottled with 'Tiger like' stripes. The baker brushes rice paste onto the dough top to produce this darker brown mottled effect.

So flavour wise it is just bread Confused

I think it's brushed with sesame oil before baking to give a lovely taste.

Yes just bread but the stripes do taste lovely and malty.

It's definitely a malty flavour and when in Tesco I've seen a liquid mix in bakery marked 'tiger topping' so I imagine it's a recipe of some sort.

It's not made with real tigers.
