Firstly - the bad reports are always a lot more publisised than the good ones, so stop reading them please!

You probably need to discuss with your GP and your nurse if you are thinking about starting both around the same time. I haven't used either of them, so can't offer any advice along those lines, sorry.

I have anxiety too as part of my condition (BPD) so do sympathise. ADs do help, and it is at least worth trying. Also, if one doesn't work / they aren't compatible, don't worry about trying a few until you find whichever one it is that happens to work best for you as an individual

All the best.

I was on the combined pill and ADs at the same time if that's any help.

Yes, take advantage of the clear headed moments, sometimes they feel like they're so rare! But do try and remind yourself that each wave is only temporary and will clear.

If you're going to start one first, would recommend you talk to your GP. Depending on how much they, and you of course, think you need some help, it would change which one they would put you onto. I would expect it to be the coil as that messes with your hormones. But hey, I'm not a doctor

ciramil 10 mg is a mild anti depressant. I would just do one thing at a time just incase you get side effects from AD's.otherwise you will not know which thing is causing them.

I'm on Prozac, and I can't fault them They help me live a reasonably normal life, and think more rationally about things.

Have you heard of Tapping? Its supposed to be really good for anxiety. I only tried it a few times, but did help.
