I can't cope with knowing that its my fault dd is brain damaged, that its my fault I didn't notice dd1 was unhappy and she ran away. Cant cope with the pain of missing her.

I know that i should say this isn't OK but really it is. It's your bodies natrual reflex. You'll get through this. I understand you, i can relate to your anxiety although i do not have a runaway dd.

I saw something on youtube that made me cry last week, it made me feel like i belonged to an illness and not ugliness and distress.
You're daughter will come back.

People want you think it's something wrong with you and it's your way of life but it isn't, you know who you are. Just find the strength to focus on your daughter. Food is second to her.

I hope you find her and i'll be hoping and praying for you tonight. All my love. xxx.
