Does anyone suffer from health anxiety?

Since having my son 6 months ago I've suffered from health anxiety. I'm appeared out of no where as dizziness/lightheadedness. I had some mild health worries but after having a few dizzy turns and a massive panic attack (first one ever) went to see my gp. She thought it was a build up of stress and that I was suffering from acute anxiety.
For the last 3 months I have had dizziness and a lightheaded feeling almost constantly. I also occasionally get headaches, sharp head pains, neck ache, chest ache, muscle aches, tight feeling in throat, acid reflux, facial pains, frequent periods, constant tiredness and much more.
I've had various blood tests which have only so far shown up lowish iron levels and my dentist said I am showing signs of clenching my jaw.
My eyes are fine, I've had ecgs in the past all fine, a 24 hour heart monitor during pregnancy almost a year ago was fine and I'm waiting for MRI results of my head just to double check it's all ok up there.

I'm having a hard time accepting this is all anxiety related as these symptoms feel so real and bad. I feel like the dizziness is a result of something else but has triggered this anxiety.
It's hard to live Day to day and my life is about of a misery. I'm so worried now any feeing seems to set me off so I avoid doing certain things. Whatever little symptom I feel I convince myself it's the worst of the worst.
I'm hoping it's a post natal thing and will settle soon...

Hi @Truedetective

Didn't want to read and run as I see you've had no replies yet. How are you feeling now?

I have had health anxiety since having my DD who is now 14 months. Ever little symptom, I draw the worst conclusion and my mind feels constantly occupied by the stress of it all. Thanks
