Human Givens therapy

Hi. Have any if you had human givens therapy? Or heard of it. Would appreciate all positive and negative experiences of this therapy.

Hi, I follow human givens on social media and their approach to mental health has always interested me. They have 2 free online courses which I've completed as well as the online course for depression. I would like to attend some training next year - I've only heard good things about HG. The human givens institute has some amazing articles and a free e-book download - well worth reading.

It sounds quite good, but on the negative side i have read that the therapist thinks they are the expert, and they don't like emotions. I never got as far as actually seeing my one as they freaked out when I said i wanted to record the session (disability reasons), they then cut me off which i felt was rude and offensive.
