I've also posted this on the fitness section but wanted to put something here as I am hoping my video will be inspiring to some of you out there, that feel like you are stuck, that life can't change. 15 months ago I was in a very dark place, I was massively overweight and physically in pain. Anyway - I've made a video about my 'journey' (not taking any wierd potions etc.. by the way), it's for a competition entry so you can just ignore the first bit (unless you want to vote for me) but please watch the video.
