Medication reviews - UK GP's

So I wondered what the norm is with gp medication reviews for antidepressants.

I am on sertraline - prescribed dose is 150 but I take 100. I have been on it for 4 yrs.

I used to live in London and had to see a GP every other month to get my prescription and have a quick check in on how I was.

2 years ago I moved to Kent and have only seen the GP once to get the initial prescription set up. I call every month to get the repeat prescription via the Receptionist.

Is this the norm? I feel rather uncared for and also worried that I will be left for ever taking medication I might not need or that I am missing something with me essentially monitoring my own mental health. I know I could book in to see the gp but it's not the same and motivation to make appointments is really never there for me - be it dentist, hairdresser, vet.

Just wondered what your experience was?
