Hello all,
Am undergoing lots of change, await new job, on waiting list for life changing surgery and the usual busy family life with the added mix of Autism in 3 family members!
Was thinking an app that flashes up positive thoughts might help or succinct websites.
Any recommendations?
Thank you

Some of the mindfulness apps are brilliant - I find doing Headapace for ten mins a day makes a massive difference. Not so much positive thoughts but I find it really changes my mindset and approach to the rest of the day x

Oh and I use it because life is hectic... three kids two dogs, allottment, two daft jobs where we never ever leave on time, ridiculous commute and exam revision at the moment for me, crap supervisors and a really bad atmosphere on current job, I am firmly on the autistic spectrum, still getting over post natal depression and an associated flare up of an eating disorder, on OH had an emotional affair while I was pregnant... so if it can make a difference to that lot I think it is miraculous!

Another vote for Headspace. Ten minutes is fairly easy to find and it's not annoying- he just sounds normal and it's well thought out too.

I find the Headspace app really useful as well. Certainly worth a try.
