What do you use for meditation/mindfulness?

I'd really like to start doing some kind of meditation/mindfulness each day, but all of the apps etc I can find seem to focus around breathing.

I have asthma, I don't find breathing or thinking about my breathing either pleasurable or relaxing. My breathing is best when I don't think about it at all.

Does anybody use any mindfulness apps etc that aren't about breathing? For example, something more about visualisation?

I think mindfulness is like this too! A way to stop thinking. Grin

I found reading the book from stress to stillness did it for me. (though I had to read it repeatedly....)

My CBT therapist has recommended headspace. I've tried it a couple of times and think it's what you're looking for.

I really need to start using it again.
