I'm having one of those days :( I'm 5/6 weeks pregnant and just not feeling myself I'm happy and excited about that but my anxiety is getting the absolute better than me. I am constantly worrying about my bf and if he will leave me and if I'm pushing him away, that being said we argue sometime because of me and I can't seem to help the way I am!!!! Super fed up of being in the worrying paranoid limbo :(:(:(:( can anyone relate ?

Can I say being preggers is way outside my experience.. (gonads in the wrong locationHmm) but I can relate to being difficult to live with and sometimes feeling panicky for no apparent reason. At other times I get agitated and aggressive and I know I can't change the way I am. I have to try to recognise when I am OoO and step back from myself.

I've no experience of pregnancy myself, but at 5/6 weeks your hormones willbe startingbto go banannas so it could be as simple as that, not that that helps how you are feeling, but it might help you understsnd whats going on with you. Do you have a history of anxiety/MH problems prior to pregnancy? Talk to your GP if you are concerned about how you are feeling, and your midwife once you get one.

I just worry to much and question him all the time I look in the last far to much :( thanks for your comments
