Pregnant with first baby and torn

Hi everyone, I'll keep things short.
I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my first child, I had a mc in July so this is technically my second pregnancy.
I take citalopram 20mg for anxiety/depression but saw the doctor today who thinks sertraline is safer in pregnancy and wants me to wean myself off citalopram and then start me on a low dose of sertraline in a couple weeks.
My anxiety levels have definitely gone up since finding out I was pg even if this is a much wanted baby so I have reservations re stopping antidepressants altogether but have agreed to switching to sertraline. I already feel terrible guilt for needing meds as I'm scared my baby will be ill or disabled etc. Could anyone give some insight? I don't know what to do
