II'm trying to overcome some long term mental health problems by using Rob Kelly's Thrive book (see website or just Google). Early days, but a lot of what it's saying makes sense to me.
Anyway, I wondered if any other emets, or anyone with depression or anxiety would like to join me in comparing notes and supporting each other?
