I've posted on mumsnet before but about more banal things, so I'v made another account for this as the other one lost anyway.

I'm in need of some serious help, my life has become completely unmanageable and I'm really struggling to make it through each day.

I can't say much because if I put the issues down here together it would be very very identifying, and there is so much shame and possible implications.

I will elaborate as much as I can without outing myself but I was wondering if anyone could PM me, I could really do with some support and solid advice cause I just don't know what to do anymore )-:
