But no one in real life knows.

It's 2 years today that I finaly stopped self harming after 12 years of it. I am having some Wine and Cake and feeling pleased with myself. Grin

DP bought me some bio oil so I can start to work on my scars but tbh im not sure I want ( or am able!) to get rid of them. I quite like the reminder of how far I've come.

For anyone still doing it, it's not worth it in the long run and one day you will feel able to stop Flowers
