Health anxiety

Hi , can anyone just listen or hold my hand , im struggling so much today the tears just keep coming ...

my recent anxiety is Bowel C im convinced i have it and no one is taking me seriously , iv had IBS for years ...but just recently iv had more bloating ..more pain ...and change in motions / colour .....back and forth to doctors various blood tests done some ok ...some not . but still they say its my anxiety .

im a nussense to everyone ....not even the consultant taking me serious ...more waiting more tests ...but not a colonoscopy as i want ....
there all missing it ...

i hate being like this , iv no where to turn or go to or talk to cant get a GP appointment for 2 weeks .... ....more waiting ....more uncertainty .....more time to miss it ...

they all think its my health anxiety ....

sorry i know im probably sounding crazy but im so frustrated ...i just dont know what to do ...

Anxiety and IBS can be related, one can exacerbate the other. Think, for example about butterflies in the stomach when anxious - a psychological reaction can trigger s physical response and vice versa.
Evidence from a number of studies suggests that CBT can help to break this cycle, ask your GP for a referral. That may help you and reassure other health professionals that you are taking their advice and making a sensible attempt at managing your symptoms. You may also be ruling out / confirming the health anxiety diagnosis and helping to manage other stressful aspects of your life.

im having CBT at the moment but its a slow process ... sad

thanks ,its fine , its me thats the problem ...i hate being this way but truly se no way out ...
