Hypnosis for anxiety?

It's taking over my life atm. I'm not enjoying motherhood, I worry all the time - over development, immunisations, diet, nursery, discipline or my lack of... Etc. I want to drive/work... But some days don't even leave the house due to my anxiety.

I just don't want to wake up in 20 years and think I wasted my life being anxious, never had any more kids, never had a career etc

Has anyone tried clinical hypnosis for anxiety? Could it be worth a try or are they just going to be preying on vulnerable people for cash??

I dont know if it works but there is some free anxiety hypnosis on youtube that might be worth a go.

Thx I do use that already quite often I assumed that it would have a stronger effect if done by a clinical hypnotist?
