I'd been on 10mg for around 6 weeks but still felt very low. So i recently upped the dose to 20mg and feel much better in myself but I am so hungry all the time and have already put on half a stone Sad

Anyone taken it and not put on weight?

The first time I took it (for around 6 months), I actually lost weight, the second time, I put on about 2.5 stone over 18 months and it took getting pregnant (awful morning sickness!) to shift it, bizarrely!

Many report that the longer you take it, the greater the risk of weight gain. It's such a shame, as otherwise, it's generally well tolerated and effective

That's interesting then my sister actually lost weight on it too and only stayed on them around six months. That's around how long I intend it stay on them currently too. I just needed some help to pull myself up enough to actively learn some techniques to manage my anxiety and get through a difficult few months.

I shall try being stricter about what I eat before I panic because I do feel so much better in my self on them now. Thanks for your reply.
