I am buzzing so much today from anxiety and I just can't get it under control. I've had flu recently and 10 days ago I had a nosebleed. My absolute dreaded fear. It wasn't bad but I did faint, probably from shock more than anything. So, all seemed to have healed but noticed today that it was starting to bleed again. I've gone into hyper panic. I can't concentrate, I need to take the DC to their after school activities. I have to get something in for dinner but I just can't do anything. It hasn't bled very much at all and I'm ridiculous for getting so stressed. But my heart is racing and I am so afraid. Just need to calm down...

How do you deal with a (very slight) nosebleed if you don't have anxiety?

When I get a nosebleed, it is because I am a bit down in health, and need to rest up for 24 hours. Your body is still recovering from the flu.
I just put something to my nose to stop the bleeding.
Only now seen this, so probably you are already out and about with what you have to do.
You have coped with nosebleeds before, you can do it again.
The reality is probably a lot better than the fear of it.

btw, I have had my nose cauterised.
I suspect though, that you dont need that.

I would wipe it and continue with my day.

Hope you feel better soon

I got through the day but only because a couple of things were cancelled so I only had to brave the shops. I've been a mess all day, though. Shaking and heart pounding. Feel quite exhausted. My nose is still very sore and I'm certain will bleed again. But for now, I am ok.
